Day Two

Well day two was just as exciting and interesting. We reworked our openings and practiced in small groups focusing on coaching our behaviors. When I did finally get up to present to the whole team it was smooth. I was still nervous but it was easier to channel that nervousness into energy and speak. I think if I can do this for real it will make an even better impression on the minds of my trainees.

Yesterday's drive not so bad. Still glad that I live 10 minutes from work though. :)

Well day three starts in a few hours, I can't wait to see what happens.
